THE CAKE CONTEST

We have decided to hold a cake contest! All of the cakes bought along will be served for desert after the meal. If you’d like to bring a cake and enter the “Mega Cake Contest’ then please can you let us know.

ALCOHOL

We will provide drinks on the grass after the ceremony, wine with dinner, champagne for toasts and a few beers.

We’re also aiming to provide a free bar on the day, and this is where you come in. We’d like to ask couples to bring either a bottle of wine or spirits of their choice, or maybe some beers for everyone to share. We will provide a cold fridge trailer to keep the cold things cold, a selection of mixers for the drinks, and our bar staff will be happy to serve the drinks from the bar! All in all, a Free Bar.

DRESS CODE

Please dress in your best wedding attire. We’re having a marquee, and should it rain there will be plenty of shelter, but maybe pack some sensible shoes just in case. And of course be ready to dance!

GIFTS

Your gift to us can be a bottle of wine or spirits, a cake in the contest, or 100% effort once the dancing starts, and also you being there will be a gift enough for us!
